Home Watch services consist of scheduled visual observations of readily accessible areas for obvious issues. They are not a home inspection, security service, emergency-response service, insurance service, warranty, or guarantee that loss, damage, crime, equipment failure, weather impacts, or other conditions will be discovered or prevented. Specific services, access, schedules, limitations, and fees are established in the client's written agreement.
